Quick Self-Help Troubleshooting

Why is my image background removal failing?
Ensure your image size is below 20MB and uses a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC). If you are using a self-hosted local Python server, check that it is running at http://127.0.0.1:8000. For cloud processing, confirm you have an active internet connection.
Do you support transparent background downloads?
Yes, all background removals are processed and exported as transparent PNG files to preserve alpha channels and transparent layers perfectly.
Why does HEIC conversion show an error?
iPhone HEIC files can sometimes contain Apple Live Photo metadata or be corrupted during transfer. Make sure you upload the static HEIC file directly. Our converter processes standard HEIC and outputs compatible JPEGs.
Can I use imgigo API for commercial scale?
