1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using imgigo at imgigo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of imgigo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of the Service

imgigo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our tools for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not:

• Upload images that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, graphic violence, or content that violates any applicable law
• Use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or source code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicence access to imgigo without prior written consent
• Use the service to generate or distribute misinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive content intended to harm others

3. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all processed output images you download. imgigo does not claim any ownership over your content.

By uploading images to imgigo, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have the legal right to use and process it
• Your image does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws
• You grant imgigo a limited, temporary licence solely to process the image and return the result to you — nothing more

imgigo's name, logo, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of imgigo and may not be used without prior written permission.

4. Accounts & Registration

Basic image processing on imgigo does not require an account. If you choose to create an account to access additional features, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at support@imgigo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

imgigo offers optional paid plans that unlock higher usage limits and additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Authorise imgigo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel
• Provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

imgigo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific requirements. AI-based processing may occasionally produce imperfect results, and we are continually working to improve accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, imgigo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €10 if you have not made any payments.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of imgigo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the EU.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
